I am what I am
I feel the energy seeping;
away from me into the abyss;
Of time and space, I feel betrayed.

I once was what I am;
Life has turned upside down;
we are but a race, a class;
but many forget, many forget the days long passed.

I weep and my sorrows blind me;
like those before me, crouch down on knee.
I stare into darkness, though if I could see, would it help?
Would my being soar high, obove those others...I think not;
Out time is over now, we who were once kings are now heroes forgotten.

I place my weapons, my hands, and my memories long passed;
into the hands of the brave, the new and fool-hearted, like I was,
Once.
They are calling now, I look back across my journey to the mouth of hell;
and will never forget.

What I am, I am a Shaman, once noble and strong-hearted...now shattered,
You will remember me.
For I was a King once, the pride and glory should never be forgot.
